What better way to bring in a birthday?!

Fill your hallway with 12” balloons to match in orange, yellow and pink– strings of color hanging down above your guests’ heads Do a lifesize cut-out of the birthday boy at the front with a speech bubble welcoming everyone and tie a bouquet of balloons to one of the hands.
